Flexible Cancellation
We offer flexible cancellations for all bookings. Select the Flex Rate to cancel your booking up to 3 days before check-in and receive a full refund. For longer stays that are paid monthly, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

“We had a great week's stay! The area was central to many walkable locations and the amenities, such as the gym and multiple lounges were a hit with our group.”
“Our stay at Dustin’s place in downtown Phoenix was great. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a really convenient layout with a bathroom connected to the primary bedroom plus another common bathroom near the second bedroom. The pool area (Aqua room) was also a nice bonus, especially with the Arizona heat. There were plenty of good brunch spots nearby too, which made the location even better. Dustin was an excellent host and always responded quickly whenever I had a question. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Phoenix.”
