Apartments, not hotel rooms
Every apartment is fully furnished with a full kitchen and dishwasher, an in-unit washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, bed linens and air conditioning. Most buildings also have a gym and a pool.

Buildings include Richardson's Telecom Corridor and CityLine, the Dallas Medical District, River North in Chicago, Downtown and Midtown Nashville, Downtown Phoenix by the Convention Center, and Tempe by Arizona State University.
Nightly to monthly
Book one night or several months. Weekly and monthly stays are discounted. Stays paid monthly need at least 30 days' notice to cancel or modify without fees. For shorter stays, the Flex Rate gives a full refund up to 3 days before check-in.
