Flexible Cancellation
We offer flexible cancellations for all bookings. Select the Flex Rate to cancel your booking up to 3 days before check-in and receive a full refund. For longer stays that are paid monthly, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

“Loved staying here! This place was in a really great location, I was able to walk most places I wanted to go. Went to a concert at chase field and it was only like a 15 minute walk which was really awesome. The apartment itself was really nice too. Dustin was great a communicating and I got regular updates during my stay to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely stay here again!”
